Option Strategies - Naked Puts

1) Du Pont (NYSE: DD) - We sold Jan '14 $25.00 puts.

2) Home Depot Inc (NYSE: HD) - We sold Jan '14 $23.00 puts.

Long Stocks

3) We speculated day 1 of the Facebook IPO (Nasdaq: FB), placing a limit order at the $38 IPO price, not thinking it would fill. To our surprise, it filled. We sold it at $41.50 later that day. In our view this is a dangerous stock. Notes: On Wednesday, short selling of shares will be permitted. Then in 90 and 180 days post IPO, the lock up period will expire for certain insiders and employees, which will unleash a torrent of selling.
